The time for the programme is 10:30pm, every Thursdays. The programme is made up of two segments; the first segment starts by 10:30 pm and stops by 11:00 pm for the brief news at 11:00pm, then the second segment starts immediately after the news in brief, which runs till 12:00am. So, it's a kind of 1hour 30minutes programme. As the anchor do say "Say it out! Don't keep it battled up within you. It's needless keeping it all inside of you, it's deadly and dangerous".
